Thanks Mash once again. A couple of points. As alluded to by Andy in your interview as it was a home game he wanted Vennings in ahead of Jude and fair play to AW it came off. James V was even taking players on in the box admittedly were 3 up but it does show the different mindset we are seeing at BFC over the last few games. It also sounds like the new formation will be the expected one which is quite a turnaround and in addition suddenly noone is talking about only 1 upfront. It's strange how things change when you start to win games by 4-1. As has been said we have to be aware if things had gone differently we could have been behind at half-time and we won't always score so early or get such a lucky deflection. The biggest thing was to start off on the front foot and continue our good form which is exactly what we did. If we start like that in the next two home games it gives us every chance. The game against D and R could be extremely interesting as on their day they are very potent going forward. Whatever happens it was nice to see such positive forward play and it will help AW silence the doubters.
Yeah I think ultimately the team started on the 'front foot' and thats what blew Woking away. I think the average Bromley fan just wants to see that from home game to home game. Cant win them all but can look like we want to impose our own game on others.
Love listening to your post match interviews with AW. You ask a lots more in depth questions than the i/v's posted on the web site & I come away with a much better understanding of the managers thought process. Brilliant stuff Mash
Yeovil have been a form side recently so to beat them with ease, which we did,was commendable.
I didn’t get a good view of their goal but i wish those who criticise our Captain CH for ‘lack of pace’ re think their football knowledge.
As for Topalloj he was in the right place at the right time throughout the game, pushing up first half and clearly following Managers instructions from the later part of the second half sitting back protecting that lead.
We know where Topalloj has been and unless Millwall get injury prone he’ll stay till the end of the season,he looks comfortable and confident and enjoying his game.
As for Berkamp we don’t know where he’s been.
Feb 21 he signed for Watford U23’s to the end of that season.Aug 22. He had a week trial for Arsenal and failed.Nothing between or since but gigolo pics on Instagram.By all means give the 24 year old ‘lad’ a chance but sometimes people/fans need some data to judge.
An interview with Bergkamp would be good so he could fill in the gaps himself but for this one I'll trust Woodman's judgement that he believes there is a player there having previously worked with him

Best I can see He had a weeks trial at Arsenal so not sure how much AW the goalkeeping coach would know about that.
I agree though lets see how it plays out and hope there’s nothing more to it.
